Events Coordinator
Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the planning and implementation of all events
Maintain databases (attendees, etc...)
Maintain contacts with local vendors (hotels, restaurants and caterers)
Maintain overall calendar for all events
Maintain a detailed checklist for each event
Maintain registration database
Provide weekly reports
Maintain guest speaker manifests
Order supplies and materials
Must attend all events, staff meetings and team meetings
Ensure consistent high quality in event production for all events
Maintain a positive attitude and act in a professional manner
Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager

DETAILS
Full-time
Flexible schedule (must be available to work days, evenings and weekends)
No overnight travel required
