Livermore Campus Communications Team Leadership: Provides direction and team leadership for ongoing communication between CF Kids and leaders, parents, and kids. Works hard to utilize the most current and effective methods of communication
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Equip direct reports to be effective equippers
Initiate and oversee the training of various volunteer teams as we seek to have excellent communication with parents, kids, and volunteers.
Lead the Social Media and Operations teams to consistently create new positions and update existing positions for unpaid leaders so that their experience in serving is as fulfilling as possible.
Livermore Campus Kids Responsibilities
Manage the Livermore Kids Ministry budget goals and perimeters.
Oversee the purchase of supplies in the Kids Ministry department
Oversee the physical classrooms/hallways and facility use in the Kids Ministry area and work with Cornerstone's facilities team to facilitate any repairs or changes in the facility.
Oversee maintenance issues in the Kids classroom/Playground areas. Work with facilities team to facilitate any repairs or changes in the facility.
Work with other ministries such as Finance, Production & IT as needed to accomplish Kids Ministry goals and objectives.
Maintains a clean, safe and unobstructed workspace.
Assist in the entering of receipts and finance portal entries
Assist Children's Pastor with calendaring and appointment creation
Assist Children's Pastor in planning and execution of CF Kids Meetings (on/off site) when necessary.
These duties are not exclusive and with consideration of your job requirements and other skills, the job description can be added to or taken away from at the discretion of your immediate supervisor.
Ensure general communication is effective and efficient with CF Kids, Parents, and Leaders
Oversee the social media teams for CF kids. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Work with other CF Kids Livermore Team Leaders to best communicate with their teams. (i.e. new methods, training, support)
Manage projects for the CF kids team with our Cornerstone Media team.
Central Database Champion Responsibilities
Serve as main contact for CF Kids ministry staff and volunteers regarding all Central questions/help including reports.
Provide and oversee Central training for volunteers and ministry staff using Best Practices.
Take responsibility to ensuring that the ministry is posting attendance for events/classes that do not use check-in
Verify household information by phone or email for those attending their ministry as necessary especially in cases of duplicate records.
Kids Team Livermore Leadership
When necessary assist the kids team leader in areas outside of specific job assignments to move the Cornerstone Kids or Livermore Campus forward in it's effectiveness.
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Fundamental understanding of Biblical Doctrine
Effective and experienced at equipping ministry leaders
A growing Christian and regularly attends a Cornerstone life group and weekend services
Leadership gifting & Training experience necessary
Positive attitude, high integrity, excellent communication skills & works well with others
Displays Christ-like behavior, treats others with dignity, respect & compassion
Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Is grace-oriented, has a shepherds heart, a good sense of humor and models humility
Significant computer skills in the areas of standard office software, social media, etc...
