The Pastor of Children's Ministry is to serve the body of Cornerstone by holding the entire church in your heart, while being specifically responsible for the care and oversight of the people and programs geared towards children Preschool- 6th Grade. This includes providing effective vision, care, and administration to the department; managing the ministry's budget, as approved by the Board of Directors; and designing the core environments of the ministry such as Sunday School Curriculum, Children's Church format, and Wednesday Kid's Clubs. Major design decisions must be approved by the Lead Pastor.
Cornerstone has a weekly Sunday morning attendance of 700. We offer children's Sunday School classes and Children's Church programs for grades Preschool-6, reaching a combined 100 children. In addition, Wednesday evening Kids Clubs provide weekly discipleship for 125 children. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits. See attached job description for details.
