My Win:
I know I am winning when men and women are coming to faith through the ministries of Christian Assembly and every ministry leader values and initiates efforts to reach the lost. My Main Responsibilities:
-To develop and implement strategies for Christian Assembly to reach the non-churched, disinterested and not-yet----Christians throughout Los Angeles.
-To inspire and equip the community of Christian Assembly in personal and corporate evangelism.
-To develop a team of volunteer leaders to lead these initiatives.
-To give leadership to current evangelistic opportunities: Harvest Crusade, Easter and social justice.
-Equipping all areas of ministry at Christian Assembly to do the work of an evangelist. From Kids Church to Recovery to Life Groups, etc.
-To have a life-style of evangelism and prayer.
My Qualifications:
-A life of personal evangelism.
-A leader of leaders.
-Ability to teach.
-A team player.
-A deep love for all people.
-Passionate about the gospel.
My Expectations:
-Develop a superior relationship with volunteers, other administrators and pastoral staff
-Exemplify servant leadership

-Comfortable working in a fluid, fast-paced and collaborative environment
-Grow daily as a follower of Christ
