The successful candidate must be a vibrant follower of Christ, have a deep passion and calling to Children's Ministry, and a proven history (5 plus years) of successfully leading a program of similar size and scope (150 plus children). Our Minister to Children and Preschool will be able to resonate with a Baptist church heritage, be humble, hungry to make a difference in the lives of children and their families, have a healthy family life, and have a college degree.
