Job Description:
The WESLEY INTERNATIONAL CONGREGATION (WIC), located in Sydney's Central Business District, is looking for a full-time Minister of the Word to fill the role of SENIOR PASTOR, commencing in late 2010, who will take us to the next level and spur us on with clear, strategic and dynamic leadership.
You will need to:
- Be an engaging communicator with the ability to cast the vision and provide strategic direction
for our cosmopolitan, contemporary, evangelical and charismatic congregation in Sydney,
Australia
- Have a demonstrated ability to develop leaders, make disciples, and inspire growth and maturity
in our 800+ member congregation
- Possess a genuine love for people and be able to equip our congregation to be a missional
church
