Job Description:
Mt. Calvary is looking for a gifted individual, called by God to do music ministry. This position would be responsible for oversight and leadership of the music ministry of our church. The church has three full-time staff members and is currently constructing a multi-purpose auditorium (in addition to our existing sanctuary and gym) for drama and musical production.
The Director of Music Ministry will require a person gifted in music, passionate about worship, and able to provide musical leadership to adults, teens, and children.
Key qualifications include: * A vital and growing walk with Christ. * Strong leadership skills, a fun personality, and a desire to build relationships with church members. * Teaching and conducting experience, preferably a music degree - choral or instrumental.
